At Alternative Brewing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing equipment and coffee supplies. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items like coffee beans or syrups unless they are faulty.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization number and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding initial shipping costs.
